It’s official: The Band Perry’s Kimberly Perry and Texas Rangers catcher J.P. Arencibia are now married.
Us Weekly is reporting that the couple tied the knot at the First Presbyterian Church in Greenville, Tennessee. The vow exchange is said to have occurred with a number of notable names in attendance, including the likes of Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert and Carrie Underwood.
The pair were engaged last autumn. Kimberly’s ballplayer husband popped the question at her parents’ house courtesy of a grand romantic gesture, one that involved a letter and an important piece of family jewellery.
“I got to read the letter and get dressed and put on my grandfather’s bracelet,“; the country star told The Tennessean. “I came back out on the front porch and he was standing there and he got down on one knee. It was perfect.“
