Provocative documentary “Amanda Knox” makes its debut at the Toronto International Film Festival on Friday before premiering on Netflix later this month, but today we have our first look at a trailer for the project.

The doc looks at the media furor that erupted when Amanda Knox — dubbed “Foxy Knoxy” by the press — was convicted of murder in Italy, spending four years in prison before the case was overturned.

Wrongfully convicted of a crime, Knox opens up about her experiences and the life she lost when she was found guilty in court, and before that, presumed guilty by the media.

“Either I’m a psychopath in sheep’s clothing,” says Knox, addressing the camera “or I am you.”

Yet despite the overturning of the verdict the question of Knox’s innocence remains, and Netflix has released two more trailers, reflecting the two opposing viewpoints: “Believe Her” and “Suspect Her”.

“Amanda Knox” premieres on Netflix on Friday, Sept. 30.
