Red Hot Chili Peppers’ frontman Anthony Kiedis strips down to grab a slice of pizza in the band’s new music video, “Go Robot”.
Spoofing the 1977 movie “Saturday Night Fever”, Kiedis strips down to a barely-there thong and head-to-toe white body paint to visit filming locations that were used in the disco film. Kiedis eventually picks up a few items of clothing – and a piece of pizza – to go clubbing.
All four Chili Peppers members are credited under aliases in the music video. While Kiedis earns a credit as Cole Dammet, the alias he used as a child actor, Flea uses his real first and middle name of Michael Peter, as does drummer Chad Smith, who is credited under his real name as Chadwick Gaylord.
“Go Robot” is the second single off the band’s latest album, “The Getaway”.
