Check Out The First Trailer For ‘Big Hero 6′, Disney’s Follow-up To ‘Frozen’

By David Humphreys, .

Disney’s Tangled grossed half a billion worldwide  in 2010 and became the 27th highest grossing animated movie of all time. Then Disney followed through with the one-two punch of Wreck-It Ralph and Frozen, two of the most popular and acclaimed movies to bear the Disney logo on it. Frozen grossed $1.3 billion worldwide and turned “Let It Go”; into the most widely quoted phrase of 2013.

Now comes Big Hero 6, an adaptation of the Marvel comic of the same name. The film tells the story of Hiro Hamada, a robotics expert who tries to track down a villain in a kabuki mask with the help of Baymax, his trusty inflatable robot. And based on the new trailer, it looks a little too weird to be a smash on the scale of Frozen, but the adorableness of Baymax should ensure that it’s at least a modest hit.

Big Hero 6 hits theatres November 17.
