It looks like we’ll be seeing less of Kim Kardashian than we’re used to, with the ubiquitous celebrity apparently opting to keep a lower profile after being robbed at gunpoint in Paris.
As a result of her horrific ordeal, the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” selfie queen is cancelling an upcoming appearance at Hakkasan Nightclub in Las Vegas, which had previously been scheduled for Oct. 28.
“Given recent circumstances, Kim Kardashian will be unable to make her previously scheduled appearance at Hakkasan Las Vegas Nightclub,” a rep for the nightclub confirmed to E! News, which reports that Kardashian signed a $1-million deal to make four appearances at the nightclub during 2016 (following appearances in April and July, she is contractually bound to make two more before end of the year).
“Sources at Hakkasan group tell E! News they believe Kim’s contract will allow for her to reschedule her appearance at a later date without any sort of penalty,” E! news reports, adding that the club is keen to stay on good terms with Kardashian and the rest of her famous family.
