For the second time in two days, Lady Gaga is firing back at a fellow musician for taking a shot at her new single “Perfect Illusion.”

Yesterday, Mother Monster took a jab at The Chainsmokers after one of the EDM duo said the song “sucks,” and now she’s going after Patrick Carney, drummer for The Black Keys, after his less-than-complementary critique on HBO’s “Vice News Tonight”.

As Entertainment Weekly reports, Carney appeared in a segment titled “Patrick Carney’s High Standards Music Corner,” in which heard new songs for the first time and offered his initial reaction.

Upon hearing “Perfect Illusion”, Carney said: “First of all, I hate guitars that sound like that, I’m lost because the guitar at the top of it sounds so s***ty. It’s like ‘Eye of the Tiger,’ but not even nearly as good as that. It sounds like Hulk Hogan is playing the f***ing guitar.” Watch:

Following Carney’s blunt assessment, producer Mark Ronson tossed in his two cents, recalling how he played Carney Bruno Mars’ “Uptown Funk” and hearing Carney “telling me it wouldn’t work.”

Gaga herself responded to Ronson, writing: “He’s not as snarky as I would be watching him in a guitar death-match w Kevin Parker and Josh F***ing Homme.”

Carney apparently caught wind of Ronson’s remarks, and replied that he never said he didn’t like the song, just the Hulk Hogan-esque guitar. “Lighten up and listen up,” he wrote, hilariously adding a vintage Hulk Hogan music video to the mix.
