Justin Bieber is planning to split his time between the U.S. and England, and has just rented a swanky London mansion with a long history.
According to the Daily Mail, Bieber is renting Heath Hall, a historic 15-bedroom mansion in North London, paying a reported £108,333 a month (approximately $175,000 Canadian).

Aree Rand, a partner at real estate firm Knight Frank, describes The Biebs’ new plays as “one of the capital’s most luxurious homes and offers state-of-the-art facilities including an indoor and outdoor pool, a spa, tennis court, home cinema and wine cellar.”
As the Mail notes, the home was built in 1910 and had fallen into disrepair when it was purchased for £5 million by a property tycoon who spent millions renovating it. The new-and-improved 14,000-square-foot home now boasts such amenities as a bathroom featuring 12 different types of Italian marble, a large screening room and indoor pool.
