Canadians will see a familiar face at the helm of next year’s Juno Awards with today’s announcement that Michael Buble will be returning to host the annual salute to the best in Canadian music.

Buble made his hosting debut on the Junos back in 2013, an acclaimed performance that won him a Canadian Screen Award.

“I’m just a kid from Burnaby, so to get the opportunity to host this incredible night in Canadian music, for the second time, is amazing,” said Buble in the announcement.

The 2017 Juno Awards will be held take place at the Canadian Tire Centre on Sunday, April 2. Additional info on performers and presenters will be released in the coming months.
