Watch: Tom Hiddleston Dresses Up As A Gorilla To Debut ‘Kong: Skull Island’ Trailer On ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’

Tom Hiddleston is unrecognizable posing as a furry beast to premiere the newest trailer for the highly anticipated “Kong: Skull Island” on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” on Wednesday night.

Surprising the audience after taking off the head of a gorilla costume, Hiddleston reveals he was told to dress up by the show’s producer: “Somebody on your staff said people do this, like when Leonardo DiCaprio came on here for ‘The Revenant’ he dressed as the bear.” Unfortunately for Hiddleston, not only did DiCaprio never do that – he’s actually never been on Kimmel’s show.

It’s revealed a producer set him up to do this. Which producer? Guillermo, of course, who he then chased out of the building.

Hiddleston also took to social media to share the movie’s buzz-worthy poster and a cast photo.

The new trailer for the blockbuster gives us a look at the gigantic March 10, 2017 release. The King Kong reboot stars Hiddleston, Brie Larson, Samuel L. Jackson, John Goodman and John C. Reilly and it looks like we’re in for a total ride.
