For most of their relationship, George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin have done a good job of staying out of the public eye. Hardly any photographs of the couple together exist, and the few that do have been taken with a telephoto lens so massive that it’s difficult to make anything out. It’s for this reason that most stories about the couple that appear in the press are accompanied by photographs of the two at separate events that have been cropped next to each other.
But now that they’re the on the verge of getting married, the couple no longer appear to be going to quite the same lengths to avoid being photographed together. At a romantic dinner in Italy, the pair were photographed for the first time sharing lots of PDA.
Earlier in the day, the lovebirds were also photographed enjoying a boat ride on Lake Como, where Clooney has a property and it is the rumoured location of their wedding.
They also already got a marriage license in London, so predictions that they could be tying the knot sooner than later could be right on the mark.
As for who the bride will wear, we’re still waiting in anticipation, but it looks like Clooney will most likely wear a Giorgio Armani tux.
Entertainment Tonight confirms that Clooney and fiancée Alamuddin will wed Saturday evening, with a civil ceremony set for Monday, September 29.
