Ever since Kanye West was hospitalized after suffering an apparent breakdown, rumours have been swirling about trouble in his marriage to Kim Kardashian, with sources ranging from the Daily Mail to Us Weekly claiming Kardashian is ready to file divorce papers.
“She wants a divorce,” a “Kardashian friend” tells Us Weekly. “It will take some time before she can do anything, but she doesn’t want to stay married.”
However, a source “close to Kardashian’s legal team” tells E! News that these reports are utter nonsense. “I know for a fact that’s not true,” states the source.

That’s not to say, however, that the couple aren’t struggling through some tough times at the moment. “It’s been a very hard couple of months,” says a “family source,” adding: “She wants to get Kanye back on his feet. She is not leaving him. She loves him.”
In fact, the source admits that the mother of two is simply feeling “overwhelmed” by her husband’s issues coming right on the heels of her traumatic Paris robbery.
“She has many things on her plate,” adds the source, “so being overwhelmed is expected.”
To put the matter to rest, E! News quotes another insider who says that Kardashian is simply trying to do her best as the couple attempts to get through a rough patch in their marriage. “Kim does not want to divorce and she is spending her time taking care of Kanye,” says the source.
