Lauren Graham graces the cover of the January issue of “Good Housekeeping”, and the “Gilmore Girls” star opens up about her romance with Peter Krause.

Graham — whose past beaus have included Matthew Perry and Tate Donovan —  met Krause, 51, when they co-starred together on “Parenthood”, which ran from 2010 to 2015, and tells Good Housekeeping about how their love bloomed on set.

“We couldn’t stop talking. Not about ourselves, but about the world and books and family,” says Graham, who’s basking in the success of Netflix’s recent “Gilmore Girls” revival and just published her autobiography, Talking As Fast As I Can.

“Once we got together, there was no game play,” she reveals. “It was like, You like me, and I like you,” says Graham. “It gave me an understanding of life: This is how things happen, and it’s completely random.”

In the interview, Graham, 49, also discusses the fact that she played single mothers — albeit very different single mothers — on “Gilmore Girls” and “Parenthood”.

“There are things that I’m good at and there are things that are just not for me,” she says. “I’m not gonna play a cop, I’m not gonna play a doctor… and that’s OK. I’d rather be in [roles] that are really verbal and smart and funny. As Diane Keaton said to me, ‘Funny doesn’t age.'”
