For the second year in a row, Adele has come out on top of Billboard‘s Top Artists list, taking the number one spot again for 2016.

The release of the British songstress’ blockbuster album “25”, topping the Billboard 200, helped solidify her Top Artist of 2016 title. The album sold a record-breaking 3.4 million copies in its first week with a total of 9.1 million so far.
As for the magazine’s Hot 100 list, Justin Bieber claims the top two songs on the singles chart from his album “Purpose”. The success of the album is major for Bieber; not only did “Purpose” land in the number one position on the Billboard 200, the album earned Bieber his first three number one songs ever on the Hot 100.

Both “Love Yourself” and “Sorry” shot right to the top of the Hot 100 and the album’s lead single, “What Do U Mean?” also went to number one.
