Johnny Depp slipped back into his “Pirates Of The Caribbean” costume for yet another visit to a children’s hospital on Friday.

Jack Sparrow stopped by London’s Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital just in time for Christmas, delivering surprises and holiday cheer along with a side of his character’s signature swagger.

The location holds a special place in the actor’s heart as it’s the same hospital which nursed his daughter, Lily-Rose Depp, back to health after her struggle with renal failure in 2007.

“Yes folks that is indeed Johnny Depp with my lovely niece!!” user frankislove captioned a portrait of Depp holding her niece. “One of the few upsides of being stuck in Great Ormond St for Xmas is you get some pretty awesome visitors.”

User eithnem, meanwhile, shared a candid snapshot of Depp’s visit along with the caption: “This is actual Johnny depp. Just came in to the hospital. I’m so confused.”

The 53-year-old actor opened up about his deep ties with the care centre last December during an appearance on “The Graham Norton Show”: “When my daughter was ill in Great Ormond Street, it was the darkest period of my life,” he told the audience. “I’d always done these visits but after that experience the visits became more and more important.”

He added, “the kids are so courageous but to be able to bring a smile or a giggle to the parents means everything in the world to me.”
