Carrie Underwood Is Flying High After Skydiving In Australia

By Brent Furdyk.

Carrie Underwood experienced the ultimate thrill-seeking adrenaline rush when she marked her first time skydiving during some off-time while she tours Australia.

As it turns out, the “Before He Cheats” singer had been hinting at her big adventure by posting clues on Instagram, such as a post in which she lip-syncs to John Denver’s “Leavin’ On A Jet Plane,” Tom Petty’s “Free Fallin'” and other clue-ridden songs before revealing her plans after lip-syncing to Tim McGraw’s “Live Like You Were Dying”.

After jumping out of a plane at an elevation of 14,000 feet and arriving safely on the ground, Underwood proudly tells the camera: “I didn’t cry at all,” while fellow skydiver Melissa Schleicher (Underwood’s hairstylist) adds: “I didn’t pee my pants!”

In addition, Underwood’s Instagram posts show that she used her married name — Carrie Fisher — on her skydiving certificate, which just happens to be identical to that of a certain “Star Wars” star (Underwood is married to hockey player Mike Fisher).
