TV viewers can see Kevin Hart joining Jack Black, Scott Eastwood and other celebs on Tuesday night’s Spike presentation of Dwayne Johnson’s special “Rock the Troops”, in which The Rock and an array of stars entertain American servicemen and servicewomen at the Pearl Harbor naval base in Hawaii.
Hart, however, had something special in mind during his portion as emcee, and had a big reveal to make during the show.
“I, Kevin Hart, the Black Casanova, am going to marry two people right here on the tarmac in front of God, and 40,000 members of the military,” quipped Hart. “Are you guys ready to celebrate love with me?”
The “Ride Along” star was then joined by the couple, Kory A. Hitchens and Emily Telesca, who walked onstage to thunderous cheers from the crowd of military personnel.
As if having your wedding performed by Kevin Hart wasn’t enough, the couple had another surprise in store after saying “I do” when surprise guest Katherine McPhee joined them onstage to serenade the newlyweds with a cover of “Somewhere Over the Rainbow.”
You can catch this magic moment and more on “Rock the Troops”, airing Tuesday, Dec. 13.
