Barbara Walters isn’t the only one who has a problem with the state of “The View”.
“The Talk” host Julie Chen tells Andy Cohen she believes the rumours regarding Walters’ beef with the show she created. Visiting Cohen’s show “Watch What Happens Live!”, Chen believes “The View” is imploding: “I do think that Barbara Walters is probably like, ‘This amazing show I created is now just kind of withering away with a revolving door of hosts that people can’t keep straight.'”

Further adding: “I mean, I should know all of the names of the hosts and I don’t ’cause it changes so often.”
When Chen first read the report, she couldn’t help but think there was truth to it: “I believed every word I read… There’s a little bit of truth to everything. Someone said, ‘Oh she calls the control room and we take her notes seriously.’ I was like, she calls the control room. I don’t know if you take her notes that seriously. You probably make her feel like you’re taking it that seriously, but she doesn’t feel that way.”

“Fuller House” star Candace Cameron Bure was the most recent co-host to leave “The View”, due to previous commitments to her popular Netflix series: “It wasn’t an easy decision, but before I started ‘The View’, I already had my commitments to ‘Fuller House’ and my work with the Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movies.”
The daytime talk show has had 20 different hosts since its inception in 1997, with seven leaving the program between 2014 and 2016.
