Supermarket attendees were treated to a special performance from Metallica when the rock band took part in an impromptu delivery of “Enter Sandman” while perusing a deli counter on Thursday.

According to TMZ, James Hetfield, Lars Ulrich, Kirk Hammett and Robert Trujillo stopped by a Hollywood Gelson’s supermarket with comedian Billy Eichner from “Billy On The Street” for what we can only hope becomes the newest viral video masterpiece — a la “Carpool Karaoke”.
Footage from the moment shows the band head-banging to the classic hit and cheering their devoted fans on, including a die-hard rocker behind the deli counter.
