Hilary Duff is going on the offensive after a series of naked photos — purported to be of her — were leaked online.
The explicit pictures, which depict a woman’s body from the neck down, were quickly dismissed as fake, as they did not contain Hilary’s defining birthmarks and recognizable tattoos.
In addition to contacting the FBI, the 26-year-old’s reps say she’ll take “legal recourse”; against any outlet that states the photos are legitimate.
The incident comes mere days after several young female celebrities fell victim to a massive data hack, with many of their private nude photos subsequently leaked online.
