They seemed diametrically opposed, but Samantha Bee and Glenn Beck are united against “Trumpism”.
In the interview no one saw coming, the liberal Bee and right-wing commentator Beck don ugly Christmas sweaters and sit down in an attempt to hash out their political differences on “Full Frontal With Samantha Bee”. The interview gets off to a rocky start as the pair trade barbs.

“My audience is going to think that I’m crazy for sitting down with you,” Bee starts, to which Beck replies, “My audience hates your guts.”
“My audience hates your guts more,” Bee says, with Beck responding, “My audience would like to stab you relentlessly in the eye.”
“My audience wants to kill me for normalizing a lunatic like yourself,” Bee concludes.
After throwing shade, the duo got down to business, uniting against President-Elect Donald Trump. Though he’s now aligned himself with the #NeverTrump movement, publicly supported Michelle Obama and Black Lives Matter and has called out Trump’s ties to white nationalists and adviser Steve Bannon, even Beck was surprised to find himself siding with Bee.

“I said yes to you because I believe – I watch you – I believe you actually don’t want to do damage. As a guy who has done damage, I don’t want to do any more damage. I know what I did. I helped divide. I’m willing to take that. My message to you is, please don’t make the mistakes that I made,” he tells Bee. “Why would you have me on, if you don’t want to mock … why should you have me on?”
“Because I think that our future is going to require a broad coalition of non-partisan decency,” Bee replies. “Not just individual people against Donald Trump, it’s all of us against Trumpism.”
“I agree,” Beck adds.
