15 years after opening his first Caddyshack Sports Bar And Grill, Bill Murray is planning to open a second location of the golf-themed restaurant.

The comedy icon and his five brothers are planning to open their second locale in the greater Chicago area, the Daily Herald reports.

A “verbal agreement” has been reached between the Murrays and the owner of an 11,000-square-foot space located within a Rosemont’s Crowne Plaza Hotel and plans to draft a lease are now in place. The Chicago suburb is located approximately 10-miles from Murray’s hometown of Wilmette, Illinois.

The ”Caddyshack” star and his siblings opened their first golf-themed haunt in St. Augustine, Florida in 2001.

Murray’s role in the classic comedy helped him launch his movie career as he bid farewell to his “Saturday Night Live” years.

The newest edition of the 1980s-themed bar has yet to receive an official launch date.
