The 22-year-old not-so-“Sorry” singer was seen heading to dinner and a club in Los Angeles late Monday night, looking like he was ready to fight off the winter cold in an oversized, hooded fur jacket that didn’t sit well with many fans, including animal rights organization People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).

In response to the ostentatious display, the Senior Vice President of Communications at PETA, Lisa Lange, told Digital Spy, “This caveman couture look is a new low for Justin Bieber. Coyotes and other animals trapped for ridiculous coats like this one panic and gnaw at their limbs until a trapper arrives to shoot or beat them to death, often orphaning their helpless babies.”

“It’s always astounding to see someone with such great fortune and fame show no mercy for animals who simply want to be left alone to live with their families.”

This isn’t the first time that the Biebs has been slammed by PETA. Back in August, the pop star was blasted by the organization for sharing a photo of himself posing with a tiger inside of the Bowmanville Zoo. Bieber also received complaints from Toronto Animal Services after showcasing live lions at two of his summer events.
