Bad news for Justin Bieber.
The popstar has been formally indicted in Argentina over a 2013 scuffle with a photographer that resulted in Bieber allegedly ordering a beat-down of the photog and theft of his money and gear.
A judge in Buenos Aires set the ruling on Wednesday.

Bieber has maintained his innocence throughout the process, reportedly stating that the judge is out to get him. TMZ reports that Bieber and his team of lawyers have a plan to appeal the indictment, hoping that the court judge will throw the case out as part of a publicity grab.
Until the case is resolved, the “Sorry” singer will be arrested if he sets foot in Argentina.
Unfortunately for Beliebers, Bieber is set to embark on a South American leg of his tour with a stop in Argentina, home to a huge part of his fanbase. A source tell TMZ, “The judge is screwing his own country because Justin could infuse a huge amount of money into the economy.”
