Lucy Hale is taking legal action against a website that illegally obtained and posted topless selfies of her posing in bed.
According to TMZ, The “Pretty Little Liars” star’s lawyer, Martyn Singer, issued Celeb Jihad a threatening letter demanding that the pictures be taken down.

The site obtained two sexy photos from her phone that were reportedly sent to a friend, in both cases the pictures expose her breast, nipples and a breast tattoo.
Singer insists that the pictures were intended for a friend, and not for public consumption.
The website is apparently in the process of reviewing the letter, and at the moment the pictures remain on the site.
