Three’s a crowd and Adele doesn’t mind as she scores her third Billboard Top Artist of the Year award.
Adele, 28, had a marvellous year with her third studio album “25” racking up nine million record sales. Her hit song “Hello” also reigned supreme over the Hot 100 charts at number one for over ten consecutive weeks. It was the first song to ever sell over one million digital copes in a single week.
The English singer-songwriter was previously honoured with the award in 2011 and 2012, following the success of her sophomore album “21”.
Her appearance on “Carpool Karoake” with “Late Late” host James Corden also topped 2016’s list of most watched viral videos on YouTube.
