After filming four Hunger Games movies together, lead actors Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson have formed a rather strong friendship. So it comes as no surprise that news of Lawrence’s leaked nude photo scandal hit Hutcherson hard. The Escobar: Paradise Lost star opened up about the privacy breach when he stopped by the ET Canada Festival Central Lounge.

“Actually I haven’t talked to her but I just think all that stuff is so ridiculous,”;  the actor says of the set of nude celebrity photos which leaked over Labour Day weekend. “We’re people too man, we just want to live, we want to be normal people, it’s not fair.”;

Hutcherson, who has been acting since he was 9-years-old, provided insight into how Lawrence might be dealing with the scandal and elaborates on the loss of privacy that comes with fame. “It’s something you obviously don’t want to happen to you and its really unfortunate that it happens but, I don’t know, I hate the way the world sort of views those sorts of issues,”; he explains. “I think everyone has their own way of getting through it… It’s really truly not fair.”;

The 21-year-old’s strong feelings on the subject could be felt in the tone of his voice as he continued speaking on the price he and his fellow actors pay to pursue acting: “We are actors, we didn’t get into this because we wanted scandal. We want to live our lives and be actors.”;
