Love isn’t just about two people, Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth proved just that by spreading holiday cheer at a San Diego children’s hospital.

The A-list couple spent their Thursday afternoon visiting sick kids at Rady Children’s Hospital: “Today we received a surprise special visit from a couple of people you might recognize! Thank you to Miley Cyrus, Liam Hemsworth and The Happy Hippie Foundation for bringing joy and laughter to our patients,” the hospital wrote on Facebook.
Cyrus, 24, shared photos on Instagram from her time with the children: “Queen Warrior! Yes you are!” she captioned a candid shot.

The young Hemsworth kept things simple with his flannel button-down and jeans, but the “Wrecking Ball” singer was eccentric as ever in her floral romper, yellow hair-bow, pink jacket and matching boots.
“Thank you for having us today! Beautiful children everywhere!” Cyrus exclaimed in another snap.
