It looks like Nicki Minaj and her boyfriend of nearly three years, Meek Mill, have officially broken up.
Minaj revealed in a tweet on Thursday that she is currently very single and “focusing on her work.” The rapper also spilled that she is going be sharing her new music with her fans really soon and ended the tweet with: “Have a blessed New Year. Love u.”
The couple had their ups and down during their relationship. Although it was rumoured the two were engaged, Minaj set the record straight with an appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” last year where she denied the rumours.
“You know, I don’t know. We’re still figuring each other out. In fact, I don’t even want to say I’m in a relationship anymore, because I think when people hear that they go to a mean place… Now, just going back to saying, you know what, I’m single,” she told the talk-show host.
