Alicia Keys took to Instagram on Friday to bare her soul — and a whole lot more — for her new #WeAreHere movement.
The 33-year-old singer posted a safe-for-work nude photo of herself featuring a peace sign painted on her pregnant belly. The accompanying caption reads, “It’s you and me on a mission to create a kinder and more peaceful world. The #WeAreHere Movement begins today.”;
The movement is geared at raising funds and awareness for a number of social justice causes, everything from gun control to gay rights to eradicating poverty. Alicia is petitioning her Facebook and Twitter followers to support these 12 charities: All Out, CARE, Equal Justice Initiative, the Future Project, Girl Rising, Keep a Child Alive, Moms Rising, Oxfam, the Trevor Project, the Trayvon Martin Foundation, and War Child.
