Blake Lively Reveals Her Cherokee Roots In L’Oreal Paris’ New Beauty Campaign

Blake Lively is opening up about her diverse background in a new beauty campaign for L’Oreal Paris.

As one of the many faces featured in the beauty brand’s new True Match ad to promote their expanded 33 foundation shades, the 29-year-old actress and L’Oreal Paris brand ambassador, who was pregnant with her second child at the time of filming, reveals her English, Irish, German and Cherokee roots.

“To look back far into my heritage and see where everybody came from is, you know, it’s neat,” Lively says in a separate video about the campaign. “It’s neat to be in this country that has such diversity and such culture.”

Back in December, Lively stepped out for the first time with her entire family to celebrate her husband Ryan Reynold’s star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
