Ben Affleck’s latest directorial project “Live By Night” has been making headlines for its intense love scenes, and now the man behind the film is explaining his reasons behind the extravagant display.
While appearing on this week’s episode of “The Graham Norton Show”, Affleck, who also stars in the film alongside Sienna Miller, was questioned about the abundance of sexy scenes to his name.

“You can’t help but notice when you watch the film, you did write yourself a lot of sex scenes,” Norton noted, to which Affleck responded: “Why else get into directing?…That’s kind of the whole point!”
He added, “sometimes I like to just go over and over again without cutting and interrupting the flow. We have these montages of sex scenes, so we were in the car and here and there. And I was just in my mind thinking, ‘we’re going again. I’m not gonna say cut and action. We’ll just keep going.’ And finally [Miller] just started laughing like, ‘Who do you think you are?!’”

Miller, who also appeared on the late night show, wondered, “how many times can one man climax? I missed the memo.”
Earlier this week, the actress joked about the gruelling love scenes with E! News, telling the outlet she was left “shaking and crying…in tears” after a day of filming sex scenes.
