Robert De Niro will reportedly be speaking at today’s anti-Trump rally in New York City, with attendees such as Mark Ruffalo, Michael Moore, Rosie Perez, New York Mayor Bill de Blasio, the Rev. Al Sharpton and more scheduled to attend on the day before the president-elect’s inauguration. The event is broadcasting live right now!

As reported by The Hollywood Reporter, organizers of the event expect thousands to attend the rally, which is being put on by a number of groups including Greenpeace and MoveOn in order to display public opposition to Trump’s policies on immigration, climate change, health care, the rights of workers and other hot-button issues.

“We are sending a message to Washington that we will fight, at every step, discrimination and harmful policies, today, tomorrow and every day,” Ruffalo said in a statement, noting that participants in the event “are coming together to stand up for one another, as we will do every day, to protect the values we hold dear.”

According to THR, demonstrators will be rallying outside the Trump International Hotel and Tower, located about a half-mile from Trump’s Fifth Avenue home in Trump Tower.
