Prince Harry got a touching and warm reception from his favourite places on Wednesday as the 32-year-old Royal visited Nottingham.
Harry has been an active guest here over the years, visiting just as recently as last October, and continues to visit to come up with new ways of helping at-risk youth and how to increase their opportunities. When Harry visited Nottingham Academy, he got a wonderful surprise: a group of school children performed a rap for the prince.
The Royal continues to work for Full Effect and Coach Core — groups that benefit The Royal Foundation, fronted by Harry and his brother, Prince William, and sister-in-law Princess Kate.
Full Effect, which was established in 2014, helps support the mentoring, education, and teaching of secondary-school children at Nottingham Academy and, during this recent visit, he was shown what they’ve done.

Once his visit was complete, Harry stopped by a graduation ceremony for Nottingham Coach Core apprentices. They’ve been trained in pro-sports and are on their way to becoming coaches in their communities. Harry met some of them during his visit to the National Ice Centre last October.
This visit continues Harry’s great work as an activist. In January, he visited The Running Charity in London, England, where he took part in a training session and jogged the streets of London for a 2km run. He also spoke with war veterans about mental health last month when he made a visit to the Help for Heroes recovery centre at the Tedworth House location.
