The news that Beyonce and Jay Z are expecting twins was met with joy and happiness — but not from everyone.
According to TMZ, the company behind the upcoming Coachella music festival — which Beyonce is scheduled to headline — was taken by surprise by Queen Bey’s pregnancy news, throwing a cloud of uncertainty over this year’s festival.
“Sources connected with AEG Live tell us … at least some of the top execs had no idea Bey was expecting, and it now makes her headlining gig at the festival problematic.”

When you do the math, assuming Beyonce is presently four or five months along, she’ll be very pregnant by the time of Coachella, which kicks off Apr. 14.
A TMZ source joked, “The show will go on. She’ll just borrow Dave Grohl’s big chair,” referring to the custom-built throne the Foo Fighters front man used while continuing his tour after breaking his leg — and which was later used by Axl Rose during last year’s Guns N’ Roses set at Coachella after he broke his foot.
At the moment, notes TMZ, “it’s unclear if Bey will even perform, which would send ticketholders into a panic.”
