UPDATE: Santa Monica court documents released on Wednesday show Keanu Reeves’ temporary restraining against Kerry Colen Raus remains in effect.

The legal protection will continue until at least November 12, 2014.  Keanu’s lawyer has requested the restraining order be extended for an additional five years, citing Raus’ “harassing, unprivileged and threatening stalking conduct.”;

Keanu Reeves has successfully obtained a restraining order against the woman accused of breaking into his Los Angeles home on September 15.

Court documents filed by the film star claim the woman, Kerry Colen Raus, displayed a “delusional belief that I invited her onto my property,”; and “presents a reasonable threat that she will attempt further trespass into my home or otherwise cause injury to me.”;

The filing also confirms the intruder was discovered on Keanu’s property by Janey Bergram, a friend and colleague of the Matrix actor. Janey alleges Raus took a shower and swam in the mansion’s pool. She was subsequently arrested and placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold.

In a hearing scheduled for October 22, Keanu’s lawyer will request the restraining order be extended for an additional five years, on account of Raus’ “harassing, unprivileged and threatening stalking conduct.”;

Raus shouldn’t be confused with the woman who recently broke into Keanu’s home and sat in the library while the actor was sleeping. Believe it or not, this was an entirely separate incident, one that took place a mere three days earlier on September 12.

Bottom line: Keanu may want to invests in a better home security system.
