Notorious B.I.G. Doc ‘One More Chance’ To Mark 20th Anniversary Of His Death

Fans of rapper Notorious B.I.G. will be happy to know that an authorized documentary is in the works ahead of the 20th anniversary of the rapper’s death in 1997.

“Notorious B.I.G.: One More Chance” will be directed by the Malloy Brothers who are behind many music videos, including Metallica’s “St. Anger” and the White Stripes’ “Icky Thump”.

The documentary is being made with the approval and cooperation of the late rapper’s estate. In fact, Biggie’s mother Voletta Wallace will act as producer for the film.

“It brings so much joy to my heart that my son Christopher’s music has made such an impact on the music community and his stories have positively inspired so many young men and women over the years, and still influencing the youth all over the world today,” Wallace said in a statement.

Although this won’t be the first documentary about Notorious B.I.G., “One More Chance” will be the first to have his estate’s blessing.
