It’s rare Chris Brown finds himself on the receiving end of positive legal news, but there’s always an exception to the rule.

On Thursday, Los Angeles Judge James Brandlin praised the R&B singer for the good behaviour he’s exhibited since his last hearing in August.

Brandlin’s progress report confirmed Chris has fully cooperated with the court’s orders, and has followed his probation rules to a T.

As such, the 25-year-old’s community labor requirements have been dropped down from three days to four. His next hearing is scheduled for January 15.

Chris was jailed for two and a half months this year for violating his probation by getting into a skirmish outside a Washington, D.C., hotel.
