Former “Two and a Half Men” star Jason Ritter is engaged to actress Melanie Lynskey.
The New Zealand-born actress announced the happy news during her appearance on “Hollywood Today Live” this week.
“Well, now he’s my fiance,” she revealed. “I’m announcing it.”

Lynskey, who said she didn’t see the proposal coming, shared that Ritter popped the question while they were on the sofa.
Earlier this week, the “I Don’t Feel At Home Anymore” star sent some love to her new fiance over Twitter. “ONLY because it’s Valentine’s Day @JasonRitter,” she captioned a cheeky ‘you make my heart”saur” gif featuring two dinosaurs kissing, to which Ritter replied, “@melanielynskey this is the most romantic thing you could have done.”

Lynskey was previously married to Jimmi Simpson but split from her “Rose Red” co-star after five years of marriage.
