Former Spice Girls star Mel B has been treading the boards on the Great White Way, playing Roxie Hart in the current Broadway revival of “Chicago”.

Theatregoers at Sunday’s performance — which will mark the final show in her run — were in for a nostalgic surprise when the singer/”America’s Got Talent” judge, 41, broke character to share a bit of a Spice Girls classic, adding a lyric from the band’s iconic hit “Wannabe” to the delight of the whooping, hollering audience.

“Here is a snippet of me last night doing my last show In @chicagomusical playing Roxie heart [sic] breaking character busting out some spice power,” she wrote in the caption accompanying this video, which she posted on Instagram on Monday.

Mel B (a.k.a. Melanie Brown) signed on for an eight-week run on the show, which ended on Sunday, Feb. 19, and she commemorated her final show with a tweet, pointing out that she didn’t miss a single performance

She did, however, suffer a case of the giggles onstage, and jokingly blamed co-star Amra-Faye Wright:
