Kirsten Dunst has had an exciting past few months. With the success of “Hidden Figures” and her recent rumoured engagement to boyfriend and “Fargo” co-star Jesse Plemons, she’s been busy.

Now it looks like Dunst is on the hunt for a new home too, as she’s listed her longtime Soho loft. The actress purchased the two-bedroom, 1.5-bath for $3.09 million in July 2007. This was near the end of her “Spider-Man” run.

Per the listing shared by Douglas Elliman and brokers Jared Seligman and Evan Danzig, Dunst had the loft renovated. The listing promises “the highest level of finishes and attention to detail.” The home is described as the perfect mix of modern and antique furnishings.

It also includes 11-foot ceilings, custom wood flooring and oversized windows with river views. There’s also a new bathroom, a vintage tub with a separate shower and custom floors.

Although the apartment is described as a two-bedroom, the floorplan and photos show it was reconfigured as one large bedroom. It also includes a walk-in closet.
