This Canadian band is really making a name for itself when it comes to amazing covers. This time round, the Burlington musicians have decided to put their spin on Taylor Swift’s “Shake It Off”;.
They recorded this raw version of the Pop Princess’ current hit using nothing but their voices, and a few instruments in the form of ukeleles, shakers, and kazoos. The background sound of the beach is a nice touch too, not to mention the backdrop of a beautiful sunset — Taylor Swift would be proud!
The catchy cover is already racking up the YouTube hits, with more than 470,000 views and counting. Since they only posted their version of “Shake it Off”; on Tuesday, it looks like it’s going to be another huge hit for them. The band have taken to Facebook to thank all their fans for their love and support.
Back in 2012 they covered Gotye’s “Somebody That I Used To Know”;, a video that has been viewed more than 160 million times on YouTube.
