“Premiering [the film] at Sundance Film Festival is such a ‘pinch me’ moment,” Gorgeous tells ET Canada’s Cheryl Hickey. “I don’t even feel like I’m living my real life right now.”

Since beginning her vlogging career in 2008 as Gregory Gorgeous, the Montreal native has been through a lot, including announcing her transition from male to female in December 2013. Now, she’s using her documentary to open up more than ever.

“I really was holding so much in for so long,” she admits. “That’s the reason we titled this film ‘This Is Everything,’ because I’m finally telling everybody everything.”

Part of dropping her guard in the film included going completely topless on camera.

“Watching the film back, I kind of cringed a bit seeing ‘them’ post-surgery, just because they were so new but I was so proud of them,” she says. “But at the end of the day, it’s a documentary, and it’s supposed to be educational. I’m glad they showed that because it was the progression of my transition.”
