Looks like Justin Bieber will have to return to South America to face the music for one of his alleged bad-boy stunts, with The Associated Press reporting that a Buenos Aires judge has summoned The Bieb back to Argentina for questioning about accusations he sicced his beefy bodyguards on a pesky paparazzo last year.

On Thursday, Judge Facundo Cubas made an official request to Interpol to use all “necessary means”; to notify Bieber that he has 60 days to appear before the court in Argentina. If he fails to comply, the judge is prepared to issue an international arrest order.

The incident occurred just over a year ago, after Argentine photographer Diego Pesoa claimed Bieber’s bodyguards chased him down and beat him up while he was attempting to snap some pics of the pop star outside a Buenos Aires nightclub.

If convicted on a charge of causing minor injuries, Bieber could face up to a year in the slammer.
