Little did they know the show would quickly go downhill without the genius minds of their female staffers. “Your audience coordinator is out today,” one of the show’s male employees answered after Bee realized she was reading out a sports joke.

The comedian tweeted out the video Wednesday afternoon, which coincided with International Women’s Day.

Other stars speaking out as part of the viral campaign include Faith Hill, who tweeted, “Proud to be surrounded by a strong team of women on a daily basis. #ADayWithoutAWoman.”

Kerry Washington followed in Hill’s footsteps and took to Twitter as well to share her message: “In solidarity with my sisters! #ADayWithoutAWoman #womensmarch ” she captioned a photo of herself wearing the campaign’s merchandise.
