That rumoured romance between Jennifer Lopez and former Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez appears to be more than just rumour after the couple was spotted together in the Bahamas following a brief stop in Miami.
According to the New York Post‘s Page Six, the two flew by private jet to Bakers Bay Golf & Ocean Club, an exclusive, owners-only destination in the Bahamas.
When they arrived in the Bahamas, the couple — who have already been dubbed “J-Rod” — were photographed at the Harbour View Marina, where they were reportedly “getting cozy on a power boat en route to their sequestered love nest,” reports Page Six.
“It’s early days, but Jennifer and Alex are really into each other,” is what “a source familiar with their tropical canoodling” told Page Six of their romantic getaway.

As the Post reports, the luxurious private club is situated on a seven-mile stretch of Great Guana Cay in the Abaco islands, about 150 miles off the Florida coast. Bakers Bay is said to be a favourite vacation destination for celebrities, with the likes of Reese Witherspoon, Michael Jordan, Tom Brady and wife Gisele Bündchen having stayed there in the past, and is the resort where Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner stayed with their children shortly after news broke of their split.

The Post previously reported that a source claimed that A-Rod, 41, and JLo, 47, “have been seeing each other for a few months,” adding: “They are really into each other because they have so much in common — from their Latin roots, to their love of New York, and their kids.”
The “Shades of Blue” star was earlier rumoured to be dating Toronto rapper Drake, and in an interview with Trevor Noah on “The Daily Show” she neither confirmed nor denied whether a relationship had existed, simply stating: “Let me clear this up. I am not with Drake.”
