A first look at Gaga’s guest spot on the season nine premiere of “RuPaul’s Drag Race” is fiery! The Emmy-winning show is moving from Logo to VH1 and Wendy Williams will host a weekly live-viewing party called “Fierce Fridays” in anticipation of the big premiere.

In an exclusive clip from People, Gaga praises the 13 queens vying for the title of America’s Next Drag Superstar. “I have always really admired the craftsmanship that goes into what you all do,” the Super Bowl halftime performer told the contestants. Many of the contenders were in awe of the world-renowned singer, shedding tears of joy. One queen shared an emotional story of how Gaga had impacted their life.

“Drag for me has been an opportunity to leave myself when I didn’t want to be me and felt so completely out of place when I was in high school,” Gaga continued. “Drag has been a part of my life for the longest time. It’s just really an honour for me to be here, to be with you.”

The last time Gaga and RuPaul linked up on screen together was during ABC’s 2013 Thanksgiving television special, “Lady Gaga and the Muppets Holiday Spectacular”.

“There’s an ease and familiarity that is apparent when you watch her,” a recently married RuPaul told Entertainment Weekly of Gaga’s “Drag Race” stint. “We had a fabulous time with Gaga. She was in heaven because this is all so much a part of her wheelhouse and what she does with imagery, costumes, and the way she presents herself.”

A long list of celebrities are expected to appear on the show this season, including Meghan Trainor, Kesha, The B-52s and Lisa Kudrow.

“RuPaul’s Drag Race” premieres Friday, March 24, at 8 p.m. ET and the “Fierce Fridays” viewing party kicks off at 5:30 p.m. ET.
