Robynn Shayne: she’s a flight attendant for American Airlines. She’s also a big Lorde fan. So much so that Robynn’s colleague Nick has posted a clip of her performing an acoustic version of Royals on a recent flight.
Here’s Nick in his own words: “On a lovely winter day I came across my coworker Robynn, who I noticed was carrying a guitar with her on our trip. I then asked her if she played and she said she loves to play and sing. Then this happened. Let’s get this video viral for her and get her a record deal!”
And yes, viral it has become, with nearly 300,000 views in its first five days. In fact, the YouTube video’s become so popular it’s caught the attention of Lorde herself, who retweeted it with the message, “Robynn, I love you.”; Awwww, adorable, no?
