The public memorial service for late movie legends Debbie Reynolds and Carrie Fisher will broadcast live online on March 25.
The ceremony takes place in a 1,200 seat theatre at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Tickets are open to the general public and fans lined up early in the morning for entry into the theatre.
Singer James Blunt, a longtime friend of Fisher’s, will debut a new song at the ceremony. The “You’re Beautiful” singer will not perform live, the song will instead be played over a photo montage. Blunt and Fisher were so close the singer named her the godmother of his son.
The Gay Men’s Chorus of Los Angeles will sing and the Debbie Reynolds dance school will perform a dance tribute.
The ceremony’s live stream began at 1 p.m. PT.
