In case you thought you’d seen the last of “Game of Thrones” star Kristian Nairn, you’re wrong.
Nairn was in Belgium over the weekend at FACTS Convention (read: Comic-Con in Belgium) and it seems he’s finding it hard to let go of his HBO legacy.
For those of you watching, who don’t understand the significance, Nairn’s character Hodor sent “Game of Thrones” fans into hysteria as they were forced to say goodbye to his dim-witted character by holding a door so that Bran could escape the white walkers.
The heartbreaking goodbye for one of the most beloved characters on the show also proved insightful as fans were shown the reason behind not only his name, but his mental incapacity.
Nathan Fillion, who is featured in the video is no stranger to cult followings, having starred in Sci-Fi shows “Firefly” and “Serenity”. The actor, who is guest starring on “Modern Family”, also appeared at the convention, although by his tweets, it sounds like he was just in town to get a taste of the country’s most famous export.
