In promotion of the London-based luxury lingerie brand’s new Icons collection, the 49-year-old former “Baywatch” star embraces a series of playful poses while baring her phenomenal physique underneath various jet black and lace ensembles.
Speaking with People about the new campaign, the actress and activist reveals that despite her toned appearance, she rarely hits the gym. “I don’t work out much,” Anderson says. “I walk on the beach, and I love the feeling after a long walk or a walk through a museum.”
She adds, “I’ve always stretched and moved my body with resistance. I like dancing – I was taking ballet in Paris – but I’m double-jointed and need to keep my strength. I’m more flexible than strong.”
Anderson also notes that a healthy no-meat diet has kept her feeling great. “I think being a vegetarian has kept me young,” she says. “I am healthy and work hard at that.” However, she admits where her diet could use some work. “I’m drinking too much rose! I could lose a few pounds!”
